Zondagmiddag 5 juni, stond er een bezoek gepland aan de drop zones bij Ste Mére Eglise. Het regende en de lunch werd in het veld geserveerd in speciaal daarvoor ingerichte tenten. Eeven leek het er op dat de dropping geen doorgang kon vinden vanwege de laag hangende bewolking maar dat viel uiteindelijk mee.

Ondanks het slechte weer kwamen er toch veel bezoekers op dit evenment af.
In afwachting van de dropping.

Herb Suerth (l) krijgt beschutting aangeboden van Earl. Het blijven tenslotte 'brothers'.

Shifty Powers gebruikt een verrekijker omdat zijn ogen het laten afweten.
